Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Design call flows for phone systems
- Submit and update all porting cases
- Main POC between technicians and client during on-boarding process and install
- Project follow-up tasks
- Recording and editing of all audio files
- Finding professional voice artist talents
- Phone system training and support
- Answer phones, transfer calls, generate help desk tickets
- Send, create, and edit mass email campaigns for any technical information
