DelmarvaVoIP is proudly participating in a company-wide Suit Drive to benefit veterans seeking jobs.

About Suiting Warriors
WHO WE ARE
Suiting Warriors (SW) is a grassroots, 501(c)(3) Veterans Service Organization (VSO), made up of Military Veteran board members, local and national business professionals, community leaders, and volunteers who understand the critical need of providing business attire to Veterans as they interview for civilian jobs. Founder and President, Star Lotta, motivated by a personal family tragedy, has inspired a dedicated team of individuals who believe in fulfilling the SW mission.
WHAT WE DO
Suiting Warriors utilizes a custom outfitted and logo branded box truck (named, Mobile Suiting Unit) in order to mobilize its 5-Star concierge suiting service. In this way, we are able to attend numerous Veteran Job Fairs and SW organized Suit Gifting Events. During these events, we deploy our team of professionals providing free suits and individual guidance on dressing to impress, and inspiring the additional confidence it takes to do well on a job interview. SW collaborates with various organizations including employment/career companies, VSOs, ESGR, National Guard, American Legion, Colleges, and Universities connecting Veterans and their families with this additional tool to help for a successful transition.
OUR TRACK RECORD
From September 2013 to date, our service has supported the transition of more than 1500 men and women from all branches of the U.S. military into the civilian workforce. In the last year alone, SW has driven over 15,000 miles to provide free suits, business attire, and professional style advice to our men and women in uniform. Our professional style consultants provide guidance on dressing to impress and inspiring the additional confidence it takes to do well on a job interview.
At the heart of our service to Veterans is community support and action. SW encourages volunteerism from corporations and businesses to engage in a team building effort supporting veterans and community service. In addition, we provide an education component for K-12 to engage with our Veterans. Our current geographical areas of service include parts of the Mid-Atlantic and Southern states such as: DE, PA, NJ, NYC, DC, N.VA. We are always looking to expand.
August 31, 2012, Founder, Star Lotta, established Suiting Warriors under the 501(c)3 organization of Delaware Community Foundation. November 4, 2013, Suiting Warriors became its own Incorporated 501(c)3 organization. May 2014, Star established the Mobile Suiting Unit and Popup Suiting Service to reach more Veterans in need.
