REPORTS TO: VP of Sales
We are currently accepting applications for a Sales Assistant to work as part of our sales team.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date maintenance renewal program
- Provide price quotations
- Ensure excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail, cross-sell and up-sell
- Provide clerical assistance as needed to Sales team
- Assist sales reps with estimates, presentations, invoices and reporting
- Assist in client facing communications
- Prepare written communications such as letters, memos, e-mail, etc.
- Work as a team to build continual improvement with the company and departments.
- Schedule appointments & coordinate meetings/events.
- Assist team with travel arrangements. (i.e.: hotel accommodations, air travel, car rental, etc.)
